6Legs to Fitness™, created by Brad Pattison, host of “At the End of my Leash” on Slice network, offers a blend of cardiovascular training, strength training, core stability and basic self defense. It is ideal for people and dogs of all ages and fitness levels. Deanne is fully qualified and certified to assess each individual and their dog which allows the fit and not so fit to take part equally.


Dog owners no longer face a dilemma of either going to gym or taking their dog for a walk, but have a solution that builds a bond based on mutual respect. And, dog and owner derive enormous mental and physical health benefits.


· Controlled cardio workouts are tailored to the individuals

Course Requirements


· Puppies under 6months of age , intact dogs or dogs previously diagnosed with hip dysplasia are not admitted.
· Aggressive dogs must complete a behavioral assessment prior to being admitted to class

6weeks – 12 classes - $240.00
Courses will run on a 6 week session schedule. Each Course consists of 12 – 90 minute classes. Classes will be held randomly (weeknight and weekends) at different locations around the city. Classes are held rain or shine, however, exceptions will be made during lightening storms and temperatures below -5C.
